Flag Football - NFL
Flag Football is for boys and girls. Flag provides opportunities for kids and families to become involved in football early in life without the rigors of physical contact. This league also helps with player and coach development. Each child will receive their own flags and t-shirt.
Valley NFL YMCA Flag Football
The Valleys NFL Flag Football League is for boys and girls, 5-12 years old. NFL Flag Football provides opportunities for kids and families to become involved in football early in life without the rigors of physical contact. This league also helps with player and coach development.
Practices are once a week and games are played on Saturdays.
All participants are required to have mouth pieces.
Each player will receive a reversible jersey.
