Balance Training Program
Thursdays July 17 and July 24
1:00 – 2:00pm

Non Members $5

These workshops will include exercises for muscle strength, power and flexibility to help participants improve overall balance. Activities such as resistance training, structured stretching, body posture training, and activities of daily living will challenge class participants during each 60 minute session. Adults of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate.

Delay The Disease
This nationally recognized program is designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. Exercises in this program help with balance, executive function, fine motor skills, gait speed & stride length. Group setting provides valuable support, motivation, accountability & FUN!
- All levels of ability welcome
- New session every 12 weeks; open & ongoing enrollment. Registration required.

For just $20/month, members can pedal ahead and reserve their spot a week in advance. Don’t miss the ride – plan ahead and secure a bike!
Cycle classes are also open to drop in participants. Classes open to drop in members and non-members 12 hours before class start time, only if space is available.

MBA Level 1
The MBA program is designed to address the needs of individuals who experience limitations due to stroke, Parkinson’s & other movement disorders, as well as those who are dealing with conditions resulting from chronic illness and/or surgery. Trainers utilizes practical exercises & activities to increase balance, strength and mobility. Participants find the individualized program exceptionally beneficial and discover that working directly with the trainer provides structure and motivation. 2 times a week/this level is for long-time members who have been in the program..
