OPEN TO PUBLIC – Come and browse for your treasures!
DATE: August 3, 2025
TIME: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Crafts, Household Items, outdoor items, and many more vendors! Food concessions will be available, as well as a 50/50 raffle and a Chinese Auction!
***If you would like to register for a space to sell your goods and products, please stop in at our front desk to register by completing our vendor application/agreement and submitting appropriate fees. Vendor Space Registration Closes July 26, 2025***
12×12 Vendor Space – $25 24×24 Vendor Space – $45
A $15-dollar nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a space.
***IF you would like to get your Business Name out to the public by being a Sponsor for this event, you can do this online by selecting your sponsor level (below) and completing the sponsor registration, or by coming into our Valley YMCA Front Desk. Registration to be a Sponsor closes July 21, 2025***

HOUSEHOLD GOODS, CRAFTS, OUTDOOR ITEMS, etc.
Please stop in at our Valley YMCA Front Desk to complete your vendor space application/agreement and submit the appropriate fee.
$25 for a 12×12 Vendor Space
A $15 Non-refundable deposit is required to hold a vendor space.
Vendors need to bring their own tables, tents, canopies, chairs, etc.
Vendors are responsible for staffing their tables at all times.
Vendors will need to check in with YMCA staff upon arriving, and we will let you know what space you will be in. Vendors are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Setup will be Sunday, August 3, 2025 from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
All Vendors should be ready by 10:00 AM
No electricity is available.
Event will take place Rain or Shine!
